1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GPS Kit mobile application ("App"), website at gpskit.app ("Website"), and related services operated by LukyLab s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "LukyLab"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. WHO WE ARE

LukyLab s.r.o. is a private limited liability company incorporated in Prague, Czech Republic (European Union), Company ID (IČO): 29019559, with registered office at Salvátorská 931/8, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1.

3. LICENSE AND USE OF SERVICE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LukyLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain premium features or content within GPS Kit may be made available as in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions managed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

5. USER DATA AND LOCATION PRIVACY

GPS Kit is designed with a privacy-first philosophy. Your recorded GPS coordinates, trip logs, location notes, and photos stay stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if enabled. You retain full ownership and control over all data you create or save within the App.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the GPS Kit software, website, logos, visual designs, and documentation belong exclusively to LukyLab s.r.o. and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App or Website without our prior written consent.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

GPS Kit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy of GPS coordinates, map imagery, or fitness for a particular purpose. GPS coordinates depend on hardware sensors and external satellite availability. GPS Kit should not be relied upon as a sole navigation tool in emergency or life-critical scenarios.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LukyLab s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App or Website.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
